“How to help people with physical disabilities with everyday tasks using 3D printing technology?”

Let's find out!

Meet Beate

She was born without her right arm and with two fingers below her left elbow.

She’s mastered creative ways to tackle daily life.

... still, things like zipping a jacket can be tricky.

So I designed a clever little device to help her do it with ease and confidence.

So what is the problem?

She is able to reach down to the zipper.

But has difficulty connecting the zipper

One side requires to be pulled up, while the other needs a second hand to hold.

To help her achieve this tasks by herself

This was my creative process..
